Touring Comedy at The Paramount — Friday Headline
The Paramount's regular Friday-night touring comedy series brings a rotating slate of national headliners to Huntington Village. The 1,550-seat hall format is intimate enough to feel like a real comedy room while accommodating big names that wouldn't otherwise route through Long Island.
The Paramount’s Friday-night comedy series brings touring headliners to Huntington Village in an intimate 1,550-seat format. The venue’s restored 1920s movie-palace acoustics are surprisingly comedy-friendly — laugh waves carry, the sightlines are forgiving.
The Paramount Friday-comedy ritual:
- Dinner at Honu Kitchen, Prime, or Bistro Cassis (3-min walk)
- 7:30 doors, 8 PM show
- ~90-minute set, no opener, no merch table interlude
- Post-show drinks at Crew, Black & Blue, or Old Fields Tavern
Practical: LIRR Huntington station is a 5-minute walk to the venue — works well for evening-only attendance. Parking on Main Street is free after 6 PM but fills 7:15 PM; the New York Ave municipal lot is the backup.
